    Went to this coffee shop this morning and was greeted by the friendliest, personable woman. After a mindful conversation, I ordered. She had similar taste and suggested a coffee she had made for herself this morning. I took her up on it and it turned out amazing. This wasn't the only good experience I've had from here, I have used this shop as a study lounge and hung there for a few hours. Good environment, coffee, music and people

    Every time I go here, the food is wonderful and the customer service is off the charts. The are so friendly and accommodate my special requests. You need to check this place out!!

    This place has really good coffee and food. Anytime I have time in the morning before work, I stop in and order my pumpkin iced coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I can only go here in the morning if I have a good 15-20 minutes to wait. They take SO LONG to get you what you ordered, and I've never ordered anything from here yet that actually needs to be more than just toasted. I even sat at the drive through for 10 minutes once before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I had to park and go inside to order. The people working there seem genuinely happy to be there though, they must be happy with management, because they're always friendly to me.

    They serve a variety of healthy, quality food and beverage options in a friendly open air atmosphere.  Located in the center of the Mt. Shasta Mall in Redding. Very clean operation and surroundings.

    Horrible service. First bad experience involved their card machine going down and the barista at the drive through telling me he wasn't giving away any more coffee.
    Today tried again. Told me to re enter their drive through so they could toast my bagel ordered.
    So not only did I have to wait in line to place my order, they wanted me to drive all the way around to wait again.
    What if the customer behind me ordered the same thing????
    Fool me once, fool me twice.
    Don't waste your time!
